Clinical Consultation for Therapists

When your clinical work feels stuck, heavy, or uncertain.

You hold space for others every day.

Yet even the most experienced therapists encounter moments of uncertainty, stuckness, burnout, or self-doubt. Sometimes the challenge isn't a lack of knowledge—it's that something deeper in the nervous system is asking for attention.

Using Brainspotting as an experiential consultation process, we explore what may be living beneath the surface so you can:

➯ Work through clinical stuck points and challenging cases

➯ Integrate the modalities and trainings you've invested in

➯ Strengthen trust in your clinical instincts

➯ Cultivate greater nervous system regulation and resilience

➯ Feel more grounded, present, and effective in your work

No Brainspotting training is required.

When Therapists Reach Out

Therapists often seek consultation when:

  • A particular client feels stuck

  • Sessions linger long after they end

  • Burnout or compassion fatigue is taking a toll

  • They feel uncertain about their next clinical step

  • They've invested in trainings but struggle to fully integrate what they've learned

  • They want a space dedicated to their own growth as a clinician

You don't have to navigate these challenges alone.

How Experiential Clinical Consultation Can Support You

My Approach

My consultation style is relational, somatic, and collaborative.

I believe that our effectiveness as therapists is shaped not only by our knowledge and skills, but also by our nervous systems, lived experiences, and capacity for presence.

Drawing from Brainspotting, somatic therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, psychodynamic, and relational psychotherapy, I offer a space where therapists can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with their own clinical wisdom.

As a therapist, consultant, and woman of color, I recognize that our work is influenced by both personal and systemic experiences. Consultation can provide a space to explore these complexities with curiosity, compassion, and respect.

What to Expect

Sessions may include:

  • Reflection on clinical challenges

  • Discussion of case dynamics
