Virtual Holistic Psychotherapy across Massachusetts for Adults
Individual Psychotherapy
45-minute Weekly or Biweekly Sessions
A steady, attuned space for ongoing support and growth.
➸ Consistent Care. Real Healing.
You might be here because something feels heavy, confusing, or out of balance — and you’re wanting a steadier place to land.
In weekly or biweekly sessions, we build a rhythm that supports regulation, self-trust, and meaningful change, one step at a time.
➸ You might be wondering… “Is this space for me?”
If you’re navigating:
Relational or attachment wounds
Anxiety, burnout, or over-responsibility
Life transitions or cultural identity shifts
Emotional overwhelm, numbness, or disconnection
Feeling unseen, misunderstood, or alone
—then yes. This space is for you.
➸ How We Work Together
Our sessions blend Brainspotting, somatic awareness, and spiritually grounded & holistic psychotherapy so you’re not just talking about your experience — you’re actually working with the parts of you that hold it.
We’ll move at a pace that feels safe and grounded, helping you:
Release what’s been held in your body
Restore nervous-system balance
Reconnect with yourself and your relationships
Build a deeper sense of presence and belonging
Healing unfolds gradually — through presence, relationship, and steady care.
