Brainspotting & Somatic Therapy Intensives
Deep, uninterrupted time for meaningful change
Designed for women of color, immigrants, LGBTQIA+ clients, and adults who have felt unseen, overwhelmed, or stuck—these intensives offer spacious, focused time for healing that doesn’t fit neatly into a 45-minute hour.
What are Therapy Intensives?
Brainspotting & Somatic Intensives are 90 minutes or longer sessions designed to go deeper than weekly therapy allows.
When we have more time to slow down and tune in, your nervous system has a space to;
settle
unwind
integrate
—supporting insight and regulation that can be difficult to access when sessions feel rushed or constrained.
These sessions are intentional, paced, and relational, guided by your body’s readiness rather than pressure to “fix” or perform.
📍 Therapy intensives are available via secure telehealth for clients physically located in Massachusetts at the time of the session.
An Intensive May Be a Good Fit,
If You’re Wanting To:
-
When insight alone hasn’t been enough, intensives offer space to work with what’s held in the body—gently accessing and releasing patterns that have felt immovable over time.
-
Support for working through a particular trauma, memory, or life event with care, pacing, and somatic attunement—without rushing the process.
-
If your system has been cycling between overwhelm, numbness, or looping thoughts, extended sessions allow time for regulation and nervous-system settling.
-
For those wanting more than short-term strategies, intensives create room for integration, clarity, and deeper internal reorganization.
-
Access body-based awareness and emotional processing that often remains out of reach in shorter sessions—guided by your nervous system’s readiness.

Accessibility & Payment
A limited number of sliding-scale options may be available as part of my commitment to community care.
Please note: Most insurance plans reimburse only for standard 45–60 minute sessions and typically do not cover extended or multi-hour formats such as intensives.
Many clients choose to:
Use HSA/FSA funds to pay for intensives
Submit a superbill for possible partial reimbursement if their plan includes out-of-network benefits
* I’m happy to discuss options during a consultation.
How do Intensives Work?
You may choose to:
Schedule a single intensive for focused, targeted work
Book multiple sessions over time to support layered or ongoing healing
Each intensive is shaped around your goals, nervous-system capacity, and the pace that feels supportive—not rushed.
Every Session Includes:
Grounding and intention-setting
Deep Brainspotting and somatic processing
Gentle integration and closing
Secure virtual session (you must be physically in Massachusetts at the time of your appointment)
Healing often unfolds over time
Some clients choose a short series of intensives to support continuity, deeper regulation, and integration across weeks or months.
If you’re curious whether this approach might be right for you, let’s talk.
