I offer a somatic, culturally grounded, and relationally attuned path toward embodied healing.

My intention is to create a space where you are met with honesty, care, and deep respect. Sessions unfold with presence rather than pressure, allowing growth to happen at a pace your nervous system can truly integrate.

My Integrative Approach

My work is rooted in Brainspotting and supported by an integrative framework that honors the body, mind, and lived experience. Depending on your needs, our work may draw from:

  • Trauma-informed and intersectional perspectives

  • Mind–body and nervous system regulation work

  • Depth-oriented and psychodynamic psychotherapy

  • Parts-informed exploration

  • Humanistic and relational frameworks

This integrative lens allows us to respond to what emerges in the moment — not forcing change, but supporting organic healing.

For clients drawn to symbolic or archetypal frameworks — such as astrology, tarot, or culturally rooted spiritual traditions — I offer space to explore these as reflective tools, not prescriptions.

While I don’t provide readings, I welcome the awareness and meaning you bring. When aligned with your values, these elements can support reflection, intuition, and insight beyond words — deepening psycho-spiritual integration in a grounded, collaborative way.
