Beyond Insight. Toward Embodied Change.
Many of my clients already understand their patterns.
They've reflected, journaled, read the books, or even tried therapy before. Yet something still feels stuck.
My approach gently brings together the body, the nervous system, and a compassionate therapeutic relationship so change can be experienced—not just understood.
My Approach
Honoring the wisdom of your body, your story, and your relationships.
Somatic ⬩ Culturally Grounded ⬩ Relationally Attuned
I believe healing happens when we slow down enough to listen—not only to our thoughts, but also to the wisdom of the body, our emotions, and the relationships that have shaped us.
Rather than pushing for change, our sessions unfold with curiosity, presence, and compassion, creating the conditions for meaningful and lasting transformation.
Why This Approach Is Different
Many people come to therapy already understanding why they struggle.
Insight matters—but insight alone doesn't always create change.
Trauma, chronic stress, and long-held survival patterns often live beyond conscious awareness.
They can continue to shape how we think, feel, and relate, even when we understand where they came from.
By including the body and nervous system in the healing process, therapy becomes more than a conversation. It becomes an experience of reconnecting with yourself in a new way.
The SPACE Framework
A practical framework that reflects how healing unfolds in our work together.
The SPACE Framework represents the qualities we return to throughout therapy. It offers a gentle way of cultivating greater awareness, emotional flexibility, and sustainable wellbeing—not only during our sessions, but in everyday life.
The SPACE Framework offers a practical pathway for reflection, connection, and embodied integration—supporting meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy room.

✎ A gentle note on spirituality
For clients drawn to symbolic or archetypal frameworks — such as astrology, tarot, or culturally rooted traditions — I welcome these conversations as part of our work.
While I don’t provide readings or interpretations, we can explore the meaning these frameworks hold for you in a grounded, collaborative, and psychologically informed way.
What I Hope You Leave With
Therapy isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about remembering who you've always been beneath the layers of stress, protection, and survival.
Over time, many clients describe feeling:
• more connected to themselves
• lighter
• steadier
• more compassionate toward themselves
• better able to meet life's challenges with flexibility instead of survival
Healing isn't about perfection.
It's about coming home to yourself.
