Somatic Restorative Practice Group for Therapists of Color

This Founding Circle is a small 5-week virtual group for therapists of color who are longing for space to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and feel supported through reflective and embodied practices.

Participants in this first round will help shape the future of this offering through their presence, feedback, and shared experience.

This group is designed for Therapists of color navigating emotional fatigue, overwhelm, or the ongoing demands of therapeutic work.

Each session includes:

  • Grounding, centering, and attunement practices

  • Brainspotting and Reiki-informed exercises

  • Guided reflective journaling prompts

  • Somatic integration and co-regulation practices

  • Optional sharing in a supportive and confidential space

This is not a therapy group. It is a structured, somatically informed reflective space designed to support grounding, reflection, and professional sustainability in community.

*There will be no continuing education credits offered for this group.

Due to the intimate nature of this small-group experience, interested therapists are invited to schedule a brief introductory connection call prior to registration. This conversation offers space to connect, ask questions, and explore whether the group feels aligned and supportive for your current needs.
