Beyond Techniques: Finding Your Therapeutic Home

A 6-Week Experiential Group for Therapists

Many therapists spend years learning theories, attending trainings, and collecting modalities.

Yet even with all that knowledge, many still find themselves asking:

What is my anchor as a therapist?

This six-week virtual group offers space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself as a clinician.

Using the SPACE Framework—Somatic Awareness, Presence, Affective Tracking, Curiosity, and Embodied Integration—we'll explore what helps you stay grounded in your work, trust your clinical intuition, and cultivate a therapeutic presence that feels authentically your own.

Through reflective journaling, somatic awareness practices, group Brainspotting experiences, and guided discussion, you'll be invited to deepen your relationship with the most important tool you bring into the therapy room:

yourself.

Not another modality to master.

A space to explore what already lives within you as a therapist.
