Support Group for Therapists
A dedicated therapeutic space for therapists to regulate, reflect, and reconnect with themselves—so they can continue showing up with presence and integrity.
Reflective Journaling & Somatic Integration for Clinicians of Color
with Yoko Hisano, LICSW, Facilitator
A 5-week virtual group for clinicians of color who want a safe, supportive space to process, reflect, and recharge. Each session includes:
Opening attunement & brainspotting-inspired exercise to center and connect
Guided reflective journaling with prompts designed to deepen self-awareness
Optional sharing in a supportive, confidential space
Somatic integration & energetic clearing to leave feeling grounded and renewed
Dates: June
Time: Thursdays, 12pm-1:15pm
Cost: $375 per total (paid in advance)
The group emphasizes self-attunement, reflection, and integration, rather than problem-solving or case management.
It is designed to support you in metabolizing the emotional, relational, and systemic impact of their work—particularly as clinicians of color navigating complex professional and cultural contexts.
This is not a therapy group, but a structured, somatically-informed reflective space for clinicians to slow down and feel supported.
