My Approach

My consultation style is relational, collaborative, and grounded in attunement.

Like many therapists, I've experienced moments of uncertainty in my own Brainspotting journey. Those experiences taught me that growth doesn't come from striving to be a ‘perfect Brainspotter’, but from becoming a more adaptive, attuned, and embodied therapist.

Together, we'll explore both the technical and experiential aspects of Brainspotting while deepening trust in your clinical instincts, presence, and unique voice as a practitioner.

Consultation for Certification & Re-Certification

As an Approved Brainspotting Consultant, I provide consultation hours that count toward Brainspotting Certification.

Consultation Format

60-minute virtual sessions
Individual consultation

Fee

$130 per session

Payment

Payment is due prior to each session.
Payments are accepted via PayPal.

For Certification

Consultation toward Brainspotting Certification is typically held monthly for a minimum of six sessions to meet certification requirements and support continuity in learning and growth.

Ongoing Consultation

After certification, consultation may continue monthly, every other month, or on an as-needed basis.

New Requirements for becoming a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner

Completion of Brainspotting Phase 1 and 2 trainings in person or online, and (Effective Nov 1, 2025) one advanced training with David Grand, Ph.D. (Phase 3-5, Masterclass)
A minimum of six hours of consultation from a Brainspotting Consultant or CIT (Consultant In Training.) The last hour to include a formal review of the applicant’s Brainspotting skills using the Brainspotting Consultant’s report. No more than two of the consultation hours should be done before completing Phase 2.
Fifty documented hours of using Brainspotting (use Session Tracking Form-use one form per client)
Submission of Application for Certification and payment of $150 fee to Brainspotting Trainings, LLC.
Certification must be renewed every two years.

Brainspotting consultation focuses on Brainspotting theory, practice, and professional development. It is not clinical supervision and does not replace supervision required by your licensing board or employer.
